*Anetra Appointment and Payment Information
Thank you Anetra for booking your hair services with me! You have selected chin-length micro loc extensions for a total of $2,650, along with a scalp analysis for $250, bringing your total to $2,900. If you’re payment of $1500 your balance of $1400 will be due at your appointment. First payment of $700 will be paid after the completion of day one and the final payment of $700, will be due on the final day. If we finish early please have your final balance ready to be paid. No payment will be accepted after the completion of service. Payment Methods: CashApp and credit cards are not accepted for final payment due to previous issues. You will be using ShopPay for your deposit payment, pending approval. Please note that approval comes from ShopPay and not from our end.
To ensure your payment is processed smoothly, we recommend setting up your ShopPay payment plan at least one week before your appointment. All quoted fees must be paid at the time of your hair appointment unless you are under an approved ShopPay payment agreement. Please remember that services rendered are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or items.
Important Reminders:
- Non-Refundable Payment: The payment for loc extensions is non-refundable.
- Payment Instructions: Please refrain from making any payments before receiving your total price quote from Dee until instructed to do so.
- No Mask, No Service: Face masks are required for all appointments. If you are ill, coughing a lot; please reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellations during the appointment.
- No Additional Guests: Only you are allowed come to the appointment. Additional guests will be denied entry, and any payments made can/will be forfeited.
- Payment Methods: CashApp and credit cards are not accepted for final payment due to previous issues.

Your final non-refundable payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you do not attend your appointment, the payment may be forfeited. Should you need to reschedule, an additional deposit will be required, along with a new total payment for the requested services.
